Training Outsourcing

Our training department has designed all manner of training programmes for clients wishing to maximize an event’s value. A couple of examples, notable for their variety follow.

On behalf of a PR company we created a product familiarization programme for a team of staff for the launch of a premium food product, in a specially designed marquee, at a world famous outdoor food fair. Our team’s role encompassed not only brand representation, but also serving and managing the public tasting area and working closely with the back of house and demonstration chefs.

We joined forces with one of London’s top event caterers to provide the service element for a summer cookery school for 13 – 18 year olds. As part of their course the youngsters were taken through key service skills which combined with their newly acquired cooking skills will make them indispensable at any family party!

We are naturally also able to provide accredited Personal License Holder and First Aid courses.
