The Team
Emma and Kate Lumsden – Directors
Emma and Kate Lumsden, directors and owners of Esprit, have many years experience in the catering and hospitality industry. They founded The Lumsden Twins Company in 1988 and became one of the leading caterers in London in terms of quality and service.
It was during this time that they recognised the need for top quality waiting staff who were well trained, efficient, reliable and well turned out. Since taking over Esprit completely in March 2006 Emma and Kate have embarked on a mission to put the company firmly on the map as staffing specialists and to achieve the same reputation they enjoyed as caterers.

Stefanie Hefermehl – Client Manager
Stefanie joined Esprit in the summer of 2005 as Client Manager. She looks after Clients on a daily basis, generating quotes and taking care of every facet of the booking procedure.

Gavin Muller – On-site Manager
Gavin has been at Esprit for 4 years and in the capacity as Head of Training for the past 3. He also plays an important role as one of the senior Event Managers on site ensuring that Esprit’s standards are constantly maintained.

Kelly Thorley – Staff Co-ordinator
Kelly took on the role of Esprit Staffing Coordinator in 2004. She is responsible for a team of Bookers who have a daily challenge of placing appropriate staff members onto each Client’s event.

Mark O’Brien – Operations Manager/Event Manager
Mark joined The Esprit Group in March 2006.He is well known to the team as Esprit’s Senior Event Manager but he also plays a large role in the day to day running of the company.

Bob Tumilty – Senior Operations Manager for Back of House staff
Bob Tumilty joined Esprit in 2003 as Client Manager for this area of the business. His wealth of back of house experience enables him to successfully train and develop Drivers and Porters as well as understand Client’s needs.

Donovan Beckley – Operations Manager
Donovan joined Esprit in July 2006 as Operations Manager with responsibility for the day to day running of the back of house staff. His previous experience in the hospitality industry stands him in good stead for the company’s future development in this area.
