Event and Project Management

Our fully managed teams can be tailored to meet any organisational event or project requirements. They can be as small or as large as necessary and can organise and manage either a part or all of a single event or project, or a sequence of events or projects.

Our dedicated front and back of house divisions can combine, under the direction of an Esprit project Manager, to manage all aspects of an event or project or they can operate autonomously to a specific brief for a particular part of an event or project.

As there is no such thing as a ‘standard’ event or project, our Client Managers work closely with Clients to ensure that quotes are accurate and in accordance with budget requirements.
